PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED IN ST BARNABAS ROAD, CAMBRIDGE

Harvey Norman Architects have another planning permission success story.

Planning permission on St Barnabas Rd within Cambridge’s sensitive Mill Road section of the Central Conservation Area was granted this week.

The ground floor rear extension to a large terraced Victorian property, set back from the road will feature a part zinc, part sedum green roof, as well as frameless glass, clear storey roof lights and rear bay window. This will create a new large open plan kitchen and family room.

Over last summer, the interior of the house was completely gutted and refurbished to create four bedrooms and associated bathrooms.
