Once you have received planning permission, its time to prepare your Building Regulations application. Our drawings will amplify the design proposals to include thermal, acoustic, health and safety, fire, sanitary and all other regulatory requirements. This normally includes large scale proposed plans, elevations, cross sections, construction details, construction method specifications, workmanship and material information. We will make a Building Regulations application on your behalf and negotiate an approval when required.
To ensure your project complies with Building Regulations, a Building Inspector will need to visit your project at various stages. At the end of the project the Building Inspector will issue ‘ a final certificate’ of approval.
Your 'final certificate' together with you ‘planning approval notice’ are the two documents a solicitor needs when going through conveyancing for buying and selling properties.
